Tressa wins 10 medals for Canada!
Tressa finishes her Junior
competitor years winning a total
of 49 medals for Canada!

Next up in 2013..Adult divisions!


Tressa had a great experience with
her first stunt work in 2011.

Tressa believes her hard work

and continued training in both
acting and the martial arts will
bring success.

She continues to be dedicated

in her martial arts training and
has taken on the role of full time
martial arts instructor in both
karate and Wushu.

Tressa is an active member of the
community volunteering her time in
many of the
events and fundraisers
taking place in Barrie and the GTA.


Tressa has volunteered her time with
the Barrie Food Bank Drive,

Canadian Paraplegic Association of
Ontario WheelChair Relay, Impact
2007, Barrie Coat Drive, Canadian
Juvenille Diabetes Association,
Gilda's Club of Barrie and Free
Community Self-Defense & Safety
Workshops.

Tressa is no stranger to competition and the many rewards received through
interaction with fellow competitors, judges and the many families and friends
she has met along the way.

Tressa wanted to share that experience with other martial artists and took
on the role of co-promoter to the Barrie Bushido Open which first took place
